On the first start Unibox will display an assistant window that guides you through setting up your first account. You need an IMAP account to use Unibox. Enter your full name, email address and password to proceed. The name is what the recipients see when receiving an email sent by you.
On the next screen you can choose between automatic and manual setup. If you choose automatic setup, we'll send a request to our servers to discover a configuration for the domain of your email. When choosing manual setup you have to enter the server configuration yourself. See below for detailed explanations of the two methods.
